Joe began cooking in his homestate of Tennessee inspired by the flavors of his family‘s heritage in Laos. He brought this southeast asian cooking together with the southern flavors of Tennessee. He then moved to the bay area and settled in San Fransisco. It was there he honed his skills working in various restaurants throughout the city.. He roasted coffee professionally and helped start new businesses. Now once again home in Tennessee, Joe hopes to offer you a unique culinary experience shaped by those years of working on his craft.
